Are all GFB products certified gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) and are produced in our own dedicated gluten-free facility.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping is free on orders over $50, while flat-rate shipping applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy for food items?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will provide a replacement or refund.
Are your snacks vegan-friendly?
Most of our products are vegan. We use plant-based proteins like pea and brown rice protein. Please check the specific product label for the 'Certified Vegan' logo.
How long do the snacks stay fresh?
Our bars and bites typically have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Each package is stamped with a 'Best By' date to ensure you enjoy them at peak freshness.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed.
